PAUL LUCIANO, MPH

As Senior Director of Program Development and Innovation, Paul utilizes his experience to understand and support the public health needs of governments and organizations through the adaptation and maintenance of AM’s capabilities.
Paul brings over 15 years of public health service that has included roles in state and regional program implementation, disaster response and recovery,
staff development, and patient advocacy. As a planning and implementation consultant, his dedication to establishing quality relationships and products
is founded in the practice of empathic and efficient communication. Exampled by an opioid stewardship implementation program for a 44-site
academic medical center, his ability to engage and strategize across a varied  audience was demonstrated in several successful outcome measures. In
addition to his public health work, Paul has held adjunct faculty roles at several institutions of higher learning and served as an appointed Town
Health Officer for a municipality for eight years.
Paul earned a master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University. He is an expert project manager and has received trainings in NIMS, ICS, HSEEP, HIPPA, flood plain management, and is a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.
