As a part of the COVID leadership team Erin is in charge of fulfilling program requirements and needs for our partners in the fight against the spread of COVID-19. She oversees program creation, compliance and integration as well as well as implementation of technology and staffing solutions for health authorities in COVID tracing solutions.
Erin Joanna Thames brings over a decade of progressive leadership experience in the non-profit and private sector. Her time as a student-athlete at the collegiate level prepared her for service-based leadership roles in Uganda where she worked in community health and operated as a non-profit liaison in the region where she lived. She worked for the Center for Health, Environment and Justice as a science intern and rounded out her capstone research on cumulative risk assessment policy in the United States. Thames comes to TRACE from one of Fortune Magazine, “Top 100 Companies to work for” where she operated as a project and program manager for the largest out-door retailer in the United States and led on a divisional level.
Erin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a Pre-Health Professionals Concentration and a Masters in Public Health Policy. She also holds certifications in Strategic Healthcare Leadership and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
