Mr. Brendan Binkoski delivers security, risk, and investigation expertise for AM strategy. He serves as liaison to the Department of Defense (DoD) as the designated Facility Security Officer and is tasked with managing the company’s national security clearance in addition to AM’s cleared personnel.
Binkoski brings 15 years of experience in the investigations, research and compliance space. He began his career at the Massachusetts Department of Labor as a Fraud Investigator before moving abroad for several years to study and teach English in Seoul, South Korea. He returned to the U.S. to join a corporate investigation and risk consulting firm, Kroll Associates, an industry leader in managing compliance, navigating litigation, mitigating risk relating to fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), impropriety, and security threats. He then joined the risk management team at Cambridge Associates, vetting large institutional investment managers. Following this, Binkoski was an Assistant Vice President within the AML governance team at State Street Corporation where he led strategy, operations, and AML compliance program enhancements. He participated and served as a regulatory liaison for two separate Federal Reserve Bank compliance examinations. Through his diverse experience, Binkoski is a proven subject matter expert in enhanced due diligence, project management, technology implementation, business analysis, and quality assurance.
Binkoski holds a Top Secret (TS) National Security Clearance, and designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology & Law from Suffolk University and a Master of Arts in International Relations & Conflict Resolution from American Military University.
