As part of the leadership team, Bob collaborates with AM’s Executive Leaders on the strategic growth of the business while ensuring effective and efficient standards flow across all business operations. He provides leadership, structure, and management to implement operational controls to achieve AM’s projected business growth while improving operating efficiencies.
Bob is a seasoned executive who brings extensive experience in business operations, program management, process improvement, and change management working for Fortune 500 and small start-up firms in support of both commercial and government clients. Bob has a proven ability to manage both business operations and client delivery projects to ensure operational, performance, schedule, and profit targets are met. He effectively collaborates with business and market leaders to develop business strategies, identify and track opportunities, build client relationships, shape industry partnerships, develop capture and pricing strategies, and manage proposals. In prior roles with Optum, Unisys, Booz Allen, and Capital One, Bob provided internal and external consulting support in the areas of strategic planning, business process analysis and design, portfolio management, system design and implementation, and continuous process improvement.
Bob earned a BS degree in Marine Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also a certified Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) and holds an ITIL® Foundation v3 Certification.
